This hotel is a few blocks away Carmen Public Market and Liceo de Cagayan University. Unfortunately guests would have no clear view of the Cagayan de Oro river as it is obstructed by houses along the river banks. The Rhythm Cafe and Resto Bar located on the ground floor has a very interesting interior and is worth visiting.

DDD Habitat

This pension house is located at the very corner of the Ysalina Bridge (Carmen side) junction. Their signboard is a bit vague as it does not indicate it is a pension house. They have nice rooms with certain motifs (tribal, etc.). However it is a bit small as it sacrificed the room space for a "balcony" that only gives you a view of the neighboring shanty roofs and houses.
