Originally the vacation house of Rodolfo Neri-Pelaez and Elsa Pelaez, founders of Liceo de Cagayan University, it became their permanent residence in 1976. By 1997 it was converted into a museum. The museum showcases the Pelaez family heirlooms and memorabilia. Antique chinese jars and wares from various Chinese dynasties are on display. For reservations or group tours call Tel.
