Further more, you shall submit yourself to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. After adjudication, in addition to any other damages that may be awarded to CDO Guide and/or its webmaster, you shall pay equivalent to Twenty percent (20%) of the amount claimed in the complaint, as and by way of Attorney's fees with minimum of Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (P 200,000.00) aside from costs of litigation and other expenses which CDO Guide website and its webmaster are entitled by law to recover from you.
